Water Ingress Testing

If your product attaches to the exterior of a vehicle, motorcycle, or other motorized or electrical machinery that could be power washed then water ingress should be part of your testing plans. Example products are: a mirror mechanism, a small engine, seals, electrical controls, and the like. We use specialized power washers with calibrated nozzles and heated water to test your product for ingress.

We also provide splash tests for products that comply with NEMA 250, IEC 60529, MIL-STD 810, and RTCA-DO-160 specifications.
