Performance Monitoring

Environment Associates can provide the following Performance Monitoring services:

• Regular product inspections (can include visual inspections or quantitative measurements at regular intervals that may require continuous manned inspection or at non-regular intervals). Quantitative measurements may include:
   - electrical measurement
   - physical measurement
   - functional performance measurement
   - manual & mechanical cycling
   - These services can be performed in any time allocation up to 24/7 monitoring.

• Measurements can be quantified by conditional response, as in cause and effect for deterioration so our customers can create their own Weibel analysis for reliability curves.





• Customer’s current fixturing can be modified to apply automatic monitoring for applied force, strain, torque, thermal rise, etc.





• All measured information will be documented by inspecting staff. This information can be transferred electronically for customer analysis.





• Products can be measured “pre” and “post” test for discoloration, cracking, functionality, rattles, etc. Visual inspections can be performed with magnification or with a stereo microscope.
