Cyclic Durability Testing

Today’s products are very complex and designed to minimize costs with the use of FEA software that can project fatigue hot spots. Using your analysis results, we can create a test plan that includes mechanical cyclic durability and environments that will best test your design.

Our engineering group will design the fixtures with air, oil or electro-mechanical actuators to cycle the part within any environment you need. We can create the software programs to control the actuation, environment and measurement of loads, displacements, time, voltage, current, frequency, temperature and much more.

For larger tests, including door slams, window cycling or high quantity components, we can provide large walk-in chambers.

We provide remote conditioning carts for even larger products that will be attached to a vehicle or machinery.

We also provide a remote source for hydraulic fluid flow, a specialized power source and an air flow source for your test.
