Altitude Chambers
At Environment Associates, we specialize in testing services that subject parts and products to a variety of environmental factors in order to ensure proper function and safety standards. For aerospace products specifically, we offer high-tech altitude chambers that rigorously test for electrical and physical changes at altitudes of up to 100,000 feet. Our chambers accurately simulate nearly every kind of altitude scenario to check for viability, reliability, and weakness at every turn. Our comprehensive services are reliable and backed by more than three decades of experience in the business. In addition to altitude, our environmental chambers can also test for susceptibility to temperatures (high and low), humidity, rain, wind, fungus, sunshine, and much more. We offer bench top chambers that can be as small as one foot square, as well as walk-in chambers that can range in size up to 20' x 40' x 16' high. Much of our testing protocol is designed for use with military and aerospace equipment. This includes military aircraft, missile systems, helicopters, communications systems, and more that would require altitude viability. We utilize military standards (810, 883, 202, etc.) and commercial aircraft specifications (RTCDA DO-160, Boeing, Airbus, etc.) that cover all the requirements for products used in commercial and military aircraft and helicopters. In addition to conducting testing services, we also sell and rent reconditioned altitude chambers. We feature such brands as Thermotron, Tenney, Envirotronics, Bemco and more.
